Stress Awareness Month – Yoga session – 3:30pm presentation

Over the course of this 4 week block you will be introduced to various yoga practices that can help to regulate our nervous system and help us manage stress in our daily lives! By taking time to move our bodies in a gentle way and focus on our breathing we are encouraging our awareness to become more present. This course aims to give you an opportunity to step away from your desk for a short period of time to connect with your body & mind, and provide you with some tools you can use in your own life to help you manage in times of stress!
